1. Service Agreement
MedScan Diagnostic & Imaging Centre provides diagnostic imaging services as prescribed by your referring physician. We do not provide medical advice or treatment. The interpretation of your ultrasound results will be provided by a qualified radiologist and communicated to your referring physician.
2. Appointments
Appointments can be scheduled through our website, by phone, or in person. We request that you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to complete any necessary paperwork. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and select insurance plans. If you are using insurance, please bring your insurance card and any required referral forms to your appointment. You are responsible for any charges not covered by your insurance.
4. Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. All personal and medical information collected will be kept confidential and used only for the purpose of providing you with the best possible care. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
5. Limitation of Liability
MedScan Ultrasounds strives to provide accurate and reliable diagnostic services. However, we cannot guarantee that all conditions will be detected through ultrasound imaging. The interpretation of ultrasound results is dependent on many factors, including the quality of the images obtained and the visibility of the structures being examined.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
